NYU Winthrop Hospital

SBLM has a completed several projects for NYU Winthrop Hospital, including the following: Design and construction of new medical offices in a raw space. The program included the accommodation of space for two doctors and medical offices and exam spaces with a total floor area of approximately 2,500 sf. Construction documents and construction administration services to convert and renovate existing space into an ETO Sterilizer facility at basement level. This was an Article 28 project. SBLM provided design layout option, construction documents and construction administrative services to renovate the TEE procedure room and Cardiology conference room.
