Promesa Youth Treatment Facility

This five-story building was in dire need of exterior and interior renovations. SBLM achieved the client's goal by opening up the floor plans, providing light, bright colors, and making the spaces as flexible as possible. The upgraded facility for teens features space for therapeutic services, counseling, vocational instruction, a new dining hall, 20-resident rooms, and staff areas. The new design is a hybrid that meshes a calming aesthetic with a contemporary, welcoming, and youthful atmosphere.
