SBLM was the coordinating architect for the developer of this 34-story high-rise is in New York City's Flatiron district. The complex, mixed-use building includes extensive, high-powered vertical circulation, three levels of below grade parking, multiple gourmet restaurants throughout and retail boutiques at street level. The full complex occupies roughly 500,000 sf and with construction costs around $600 million.
