Jardim

Working in collaboration with the designer Isay Weinfeld of Sao Paulo, Brazil, SBLM is the architect of this 140,000 sf 36-unit condominium near the Highline in the West Chelsea area of Manhattan. The building is crafted of architectural concrete, hand-molded brick, aluminum and glass. Common areas of lush gardens are created at two levels, and each apartment unit boasts private landscaped terraces or balconies. Amenities include a serene pool, saunas, steam rooms and massage rooms, exercise rooms, a children's room with a kitchenette and an automated parking system for 40 automobiles in the sub-cellar.
