QB38 will be a new mixed-use building comprised of retail and commercial spaces on the site of a former brass manufacturing facility. The existing industrial facility was demolished and remediated to make way for this 180,000 sf development offering ground floor retail spaces, a 10 screen state of the art movie theatre, squash center, dance studio, community facility and below grade parking.
