The Olivia

The Olivia, a 650,000 sf mixed use development that includes a thirty five story residential tower with 333 apartments built on top of a seven-story commercial base, which itself contains 85,000 sf of retail/office space, a 14-screen movie complex, and a below-ground parking garage for 200 cars. Each building section - residential, theater, retail, and office - was treated as a separate unit. Multiple entrances and points of egress were designed to avoid congestion and create a smooth pedestrian flow for business tenants, residential unit customers, and building employees. Apartments range from studios to two-bedroom units. An exercise room, lounge and roof-top terrace are available to residents. The movie complex is state-of-the-art, with stadium seating organized over 4 levels.
