SBLM designed a new 42,000 sf Dave & Buster’s facility. Located in Pelham Manor, NY, the family-friendly entertainment facility includes a bar, arcade, sports lounge, restaurant, board room, and multipurpose function rooms. The Pelham Manor location is part of a nation-wide roll-out of restaurants. SBLM provided complete schematic design development, construction documentation, construction administration, bidding, and graphic design for the Pelham Manor restaurant. The restaurant was constructed above an open and active food market. The project entailed reconfiguration of the loading dock, and the addition of a trash compactor and a freight elevator that was added in an existing shaft-way for receiving. Selective demolition, interior fit-out, new HVAC systems, sprinkler, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire alarm system modifications were also completed for the facility. SBLM worked closely with village officials on life-safety and occupancy concerns to provide a safe, fun entertainment facility for the community.
