Petco

SBLM has worked closely with Petco on over 650 stores in its national rollout program and is the “prototype” Architect and exclusive Designer for all new stores. The stores range in size from 12,000 to 25,000 sf, and the prototype is customized according to each location. The construction costs range from $500,000 to $1.5 million. SBLM also provided architectural services for Petco’s Unleashed Stores featuring a smaller and simpler concept, ranging in size from 3,000 to 5,000 sf in addition to warehouse and support spaces projects.
